Brien has more than a decade of experience growing businesses on the Web, from financial firms to e-commerce stores to online travel startups. As founder of SEO4Advisors, Brien has, since 2009, helped dozens of independent advisors gain clients online. He’s been featured in the Wall Street Journal, RIA Central, and Financial Advisor Magazine, and is a former contributor to the Steamfeed advanced marketing blog.

In 2013, Brien relocated from New York to Santiago, Chile, where he co-founded the travel website Voyhoy, and within two years grew it to serve more than 500,000 monthly visitors in five countries. In 2014, he finished top in his class at Founder Institute, the intensive global business incubator with a 30% graduation rate.  That same year, the 15,000-member Entrepreneurs Association of Chile named Brien one of the Top-10 Entrepreneurs in the country. In 2016, his company became the first Chile-based startup to graduate from the prestigious Techstars business accelerator. In January 2017, Voyhoy had more than 1 million website visits, the majority from its organic search engine optimization efforts.
